Breakfast Bites
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day without doubt! It sets you off on a good start for the day and gives you the energy you neeeeddd! Obviously everyone enjoys different things, so I have tried to vary my suggestions. Fruit is an obviously important as you can include this most easily at the beginning of the day. Perosnally, I love lots of fruit and ram as much on my breakfast as I can. Some of my favourite fruits include: kiwi, banana, rasberries, strawberries, blackberries It is important to vary your breakfast and I think that it is a good way to try new things. I tend to have cereals ( weetabix being my fave :-)) or yogurt with granola.
BREAKY TIP!
If you find fruit hard to eat, then try pouring some honey over the top. It just makes the fruit that bit more sweet and tastier!

Cereals & Granola
Last, but definitely not least, is cereals and granolas. These are great as you can build on them as much as you like by adding fruit, nuts, protein powder or anything else that you fancy. After becoming a pescatarian, my family and I started looking for things that could make our meals that bit more interesting and tasty.
Eggcellent!
Can we just take a moment to appreciate eggs... Like seriously they are amazing. Whether you like them fried, poached, scrambled or boiled they are a great source of protein. Obviously some cooking methods are healthier than others, for example poached and boiled. Although fried and scrambled eggs can be made healthier by using 'one calorie sprays' or coconut oil. This spray is commonly suggested by Weight Watchers and I personally don't think that either of them taste any difference to normal olive oil. Obviously omelettes are a great choice too as you can pack them with onions, spinach, peppers, etc.

Seedalicious
Seeds are something that I only started to use after becoming a Pescatarian. They are a great addition to any meal and make great Instagram photos ;-) There are many to choose from but my personally favourites are sunflower, chia and pumpkin seeds.
Spreads
Nothing is better than a piece of toast and a cuppa! I would generally opt for jam or honey on my toast but having recently tried peanut butter in a protein shake, I have began to like it. Peanut butter is a great source of protein and is so easy to include in your daily diet.
