Hey again! On Easter Sunday, after watching a Netflix documentary called 'What The Health', I decided to become a pescatarian. I know this seems a bit random but the documentary completely swayed me. I would definitely recommend watching it and see for yourself what you think. If any of you aren't sure what a pescatarian is, it is where you don't eat meat but you eat fish. I personally have found that the meals are nicer, cheaper and quicker to prepare. It's crazy that the thought of meat now makes me feel sick! I was holding off sharing this just to make sure that I could handle the pescatarian lifestyle. I know it may seem really hard having to exclude meat from your diet, but I was shocked by how easy it is to find a substitute, for example: vegetable lasagna, bean burgers, basically just replacing meat with veg or beans. This obviously instantly improved my diet as I was naturally eating more vegetables. I thought that I would share what my diet consists of now and some great general food ideas. Hope you enjoy!
